Choose the right business type - Limited Company, Representative Office, Branch Office or Joint Venture - based on your ownership and legal needs.

Confirm sufficient registered capital for your structure. To sponsor a foreign work permit, at least 2M THB per foreign employee is required, fully paid up, with a 4:1 Thai-to-foreign staff ratio.
