The ATA Platform

One Accounting Platform. From Your First Invoice to Financial Management.

In many companies, customer invoices are created in one system while the accountant works in a different accounting system.

With ATA, clients can create and send their own quotations and invoices directly from the ATA Platform instead of using a separate invoicing application. The same information can then flow into bookkeeping, financial reporting and compliance processes.

This reduces duplicated data entry, fragmented systems and unnecessary document exchanges while giving both the client and ATA access to the same operational information.

Client / Supplier → Quotation → Invoice → Payment → Bookkeeping → Financial Management → Country Compliance

Instead of maintaining separate invoicing and accounting systems, ATA clients can manage key financial processes through one connected platform supported by our professional accounting teams.

One Database. One Invoice System. One Accounting Environment.

With ATA, your accountant does not wait until the end of the month to receive exported invoices from another system — your invoicing and accounting environment can already be connected from the start.

Technology + People

More Than Accounting Software

The ATA Platform does not replace your accountant. It connects our clients with the accounting professionals managing their books, filings and reporting. Clients can manage their commercial activities while ATA manages the accounting and compliance processes behind them — all within the same ecosystem. The platform is used by both the client and ATA accounting team, allowing both sides to work from the same underlying information.

Less Duplicate Entry

Information does not need to be recreated across multiple systems.

Better Visibility

Clients can access their own accounting information online.

Fewer Manual Exchanges

Reduce unnecessary spreadsheets, emails and document transfers.

One Connected Workflow

Operational information flows into bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Professional Support

The technology is backed by ATA accounting and tax professionals.
