- Select a business structure that aligns with your goals, such as a Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Branch Office, Representative Office, Sole Proprietorship, or Partnership.
- Choose a unique company name that complies with the Companies Registry’s guidelines. Use the Cyber Search Centre to confirm availability.
- Appoint at least one director (a natural person, either local or foreign), one shareholder (individual or corporate entity), and a company secretary (a Hong Kong resident or registered corporate entity).
- Designate a representative to ensure compliance with Hong Kong’s regulations.
- Secure a physical address in Hong Kong as your company’s registered office (P.O. boxes are not permitted).
